Shipping policy

Notwithstanding Clause 4 (Terms and Conditions) with regards to Availability of Products, and except in case of Force Majeure event or extraordinary circumstances, we shall endeavor to process all orders at the earliest. All orders, except in case of a Force Majeure event, shall be delivered within (1) to (3) working days once the order has been processed. The delivery shall be made to the shipping address specified in your order. A valid tracking number is provided for all shipped orders. You shall receive an email to their chosen email address which shall contain the tracking information for your order. All orders above QAR 50 shall be eligible for free delivery. All orders under QAR 50 shall have a delivery charge applicable at the rate of QAR 10 per order.

Return Policy
